Silvia L. Chestnut Evans, CPA

FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT

Silvia has been working with individuals and small business owners as a private financial manager for over ten years. As a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, she has worked with all of the versions of QuickBooks, and can help you get the most out of your accounting software.

Silvia holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Saint Leo University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration Finance from the University of Florida.

When she’s not managing her own accounting firm, she is actively involved in the Palm Beach community, serving on the board of the Milagro Center and Palm Beach Flagler Rotary Club and as a Paul Harris Fellow.

Joshua Nelson

senior MANAGER OF CLIENT ACCOUNTING SERVICES

Joshua has been working with Palm Beach Accounting and Financial Services LLC for seven years. He has studied Chemical Engineering at the Florida Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. He is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and is currently sitting for the CPA exam.

Joshua is an alumnus of the Leadership Palm Beach County Focus Class of 2019 and serves as treasurer of the Lake Worth Beach Rotary Club.

Alexa Evans

Communication Manager

Alexa has been with Palm Beach Accounting and Financial Services for over 10 years. She provides marketing support, managing PBAFS’s digital marketing and public relations needs. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Eckerd College. She is the founder of Untrendy Marketing, as well as an ambassador for the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce and a board member at Lighthouse for the Blind of the Palm Beaches. She has served her alma mater, Eckerd College, as a career mentor and a member of the inaugural Alumni Leadership Council.

Aldrin joined PBAFS in September 2022! She holds a BS in Accountancy and is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She loves the fast-paced nature of the cloud-based accounting world, especially when it comes to the development and implementation of new technologies.

Roxanne F Reyes

Roxanne joined our team in April 2023, with previous experience as a branch accountant, preparing Financial Statements, daily reports, payroll, and more. She graduated with a BS in Accountancy in 2016, and takes great pride in finishing her tasks ahead of time.
